LoveLoom is exclusively for Indian nationals and persons of Indian origin. You must be:

• At least 18 years of age (21 for males as per Indian matrimonial norms)
• Legally eligible to marry under Indian law
• A resident of India or of Indian origin
• Not currently married (or legally separated/divorced/widowed)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Misrepresentation of identity, marital status, or other material facts is grounds for immediate account termination.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Share false, misleading, or obscene content
• Collect other users' information without consent
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Paid plans are billed in advance. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant LoveLoom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purposes of providing our services.

LoveLoom provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will lead to marriage. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LoveLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
